Result 1:
IWJs learn from and review the findings of the HVRAs and engage with local line ministries, community level action plans are prepared by IWJs and School level engagement through PTCs and SECs established/strengthened

Result 2:
Facility based, and community outreach health staff are capacitated, line ministries develop departmental plans responsive to local needs, risks, and vulnerabilities and district and provincial level, disease surveillance system is strengthened
TNAs conducted and implemented for health and related public health stakeholders and line departments, Capacity assessment conducted at the facility level for Disaster Early Warning System (DEWS) and Surveillance, Facility based staff trained in Disease surveillance, Number of LHW/outreach staff trained on Disease surveillance (2), Number of disease alerts created (Alert will created at the end of each quarter), Number of health facility frontline workers trained in disease surveillance (4).
Result 3:
Infrastructure and non-infrastructure developments and improvements through the implementation of the Community Level Action Plans, led by the IWJs & in coordination with line departments
Health related IEC materials, Contingency (diarrohea, dengue, malaria) mosquito nets, aqua tabs, ORS, medicines, Hygiene Promotion Sessions (250), Learning Review Meetings, MEAL Supports (PSEA, FCRM), Visibility.
