Outcome I: Improved Capacities of local government, sector partners in designing and monitoring of WASH resilient programming
 Institutional support to relevant line departments.) in the implementation of climate change action plan
 Consultative workshops with Relevant line on inclusive WASH and Climate Change action plan
 Training of Service delivery dept; on inclusive and climate resilient WASH management and adaptation
 Support VCs in development and management of inclusive CR WASH dashboard in model village
 Supporting service departments in techniques around water servicing and delivering entities
 Training of health service providers on better handling of marginalized persons (PWD/TGP/children etc.)

 Strengthening of IWJs & SHGs with focus on climate change impacts/ using indigenous knowledge (30)
 Established District Based (multi sectorial) Referral Mechanisms for Gender/CR & WASH and other Services
 Linkages development of vulnerable Groups with Public & Private Sectors (CSOs, RHOs etc.) for diversification of their livelihoods, and referrals for addressing of their needs
 Strengthening of women IWJs on their critical role in community through IRC women leadership module (15)
 Life skill/ MHPSS session for Transgender persons for better coping mechanisms & gender mainstreaming (25)

Outcome IV: Strengthened use of new evidence innovation and practice in sustainable gender sensitive, inclusive and climate resilient WASH by other CSOs, national and international WASH sector actors
 Periodic learning events organized for generating evidences
 Converting knowledge products to reader friendly format e.g. webinars, social media, OP’Ds knowledge & Learning products developed and shared on different platforms (Events, social media, WASH Library, coordination forums)
 After Actions Review to document learning product.
